Our CNC router complements our lasers: where a laser cuts thin sheet with fine detail, the router handles solid timber, thick plywood, HDPE and composites, and can pocket, drill and profile edges. It’s how we produce chunky cutting boards, cabinetry panels, instrument bodies and durable outdoor signage.
Based in Forrest Hill, Auckland, we work with tradespeople, furniture makers, sign writers and hobbyists who need parts cut accurately and repeatably without buying their own machine.

Frequently asked questions
When should I use CNC routing instead of laser cutting?
Choose CNC routing for thicker material (roughly 12 mm and up), solid timber, plastics like HDPE that don’t laser well, or when you need pockets, rebates or drilled holes. Laser cutting wins for fine detail in thin sheet. Not sure? Send the design and we’ll recommend.
What files do you need for CNC work?
DXF, SVG, AI or STEP files are ideal. PDFs with vector outlines also work. We can create the toolpaths from your 2D or 3D geometry.
Can you make a custom cutting board with an engraved design?
Yes — that’s one of our most requested jobs. We rout the board shape and any juice groove, then laser engrave names, recipes or logos.
Do you do small production runs?
Yes. Once a job is programmed, repeat parts are quick and consistent, so batches of ten to a few hundred are very cost-effective.
